Who are NPCS ?
We are a Computer Network and Cabling Company based in Horsham, West Sussex.

What do NPCS do ?
We specialise in Cat5e, Cat6 and Fibre Optic cabling, from additional network points to total solutions for complete IT suites, new Offices and connectivity to existing Networks.
We can install Trunking, Comms cabinets, switches, patch panels, Fibre optic cables and terminations, LAN points as well as additional power outlets (by our qualified electricians). All fully tested.

What other Services can NPCS provide ?
We can also provide PC and Network Support, which includes Installation and Configuration as well as Wireless Networking, Servers, Printers and Software Upgrades (Windows, Office etc.) Anti-Virus solutions and Health Checks.
With over 20 years experience in the Computer industry in Help Desk, Support and User-related roles, we aim to provide a friendly and helpful service to people who do not want to be swamped with technical jargon, but want the job done quickly and efficiently and with the minimum of disruption.

What do NPCS charge ?
For support, we can provide annual support contracts, ad-hoc charges as and when you need required, telephone support or on a call-out basis with response times. Whatever is best for you.
Installations will be surveyed and competitively quoted, prior to acceptance.

What are the benefits ?
NPCS have now established strong working relationships with some major IT companies, and are in a position to supply equipment at very competitive prices as well as provide more specialist Technical Support (Databases, Websites etc.), should it be required.

NPCS don’t know any more than anybody else, and don’t pretend to. But NPCS will talk to you, listen to your requirements, and try and help you. There is NO “techno-babble”.

NPCS have gained an excellent reputation and can provide references should they be required.
